1. You are not allowed to upload pets you get from HS for mass download, doing so will get you banned from HS

2. You are allowed to add your own prefix to any & all pets bought from HS no matter the age

3. The HS prefix must stay on the show name of all pets bred by HS, if a pet was bought from another breeder only that Breeders prefix is required to remain (examples: HS/(your prefix) The Time is Now), (EV/HS Dun Cashed It would become EV/(your prefix) Dun Cashed It) if resold)

4. You can not change the look of any pet sold by HS, except for the style of the mane & tail of horses/foals, If HS sells dogs & the breed standard allows for Cropped ears or Docked tails than this may be allowed but you must first contact me.

5. The Colors & Markings of the Coats of pets bred/sold by HS are up to Breed Standards & all horses are register-able here & must never be changed if you are found to be doing this you will be banned from HS

6. You are required to put the phrase A Pirate's Life for Me at the bottom of you application or your application will be deleted on sight & you will not be notified

7. Pets at HS are created using many CC markings, See here for a list of markings I have & use

8. You may breed or compete with the pets bought from HS but if you are found to have inbred even once the pet(s) will be taken back & you will be banned from HS

9. If you find that their is a time where you no longer want a pet bought from HS it must be either returned to HS or donated to the Mustang Valley Project Riverdale, where I  run the Holding Facility, you may not resell them yourself.
